AYRS (Australian Yacht Refits and Shipyard), a wholly owned subsiduary of Viking Industries Ltd is located at the Brisbane Marine Industry Park.
Viking Industries owns and operates a number of businesses, which provide world class facilities and services to the marine industry. AYRS is one of these businesses.
AYRS focuses on providing value in marine refit contracting and co-ordination.
AYRS has at its disposal the complete range of facilities at BMIP, including ship lifting capability up to 330 tonnes, deep water berths for vessels up to 45 metres, 20,000 sq metres of hardstand and over 30 independent businesses skilled in all facets of marine manufacture, repair and maintenance.
AYRS is conveniently located within 20 minutes drive of Brisbane International Airport and the Brisbane CBD. Reasonably priced crew accommodation is available close to the city with all its amenities.
